Natural materials such as hardwood, stone, tile, quartz, granite, marble, and other products may vary in color, texture, grain, pattern, and appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the product's unique characteristics.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and ensuring the site is prepared for installation. Personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items should be removed from the work area before work begins.

7. Warranties

Pinnacle Hardwood Inc. stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty coverage may be voided by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, water damage, structural movement, or unauthorized modifications.
